High-quality service starts by establishing a casual and friendly relationship that allows you to relax and be yourself during photo shoots. This promotes easy communication between you and the photographer, which almost always results in images that are exactly what you had in mind.
We use two photographers with different equipment to capture images with diverse perspectives. We have been photographing people and places for over 20 years and we draw on this experience to build the scene and capture that moment when it all comes together.
Highest Quality Professional Equipment
We use the highest quality Canon digital single lens reflex cameras (DSLR) available, including the most advanced camera Canon has ever produced, the EOS-1Ds Mark III. Our ever-growing inventory of Canon’s professional L-series lenses includes the EF 16-35mm f/2.8L, EF 24-70mm f/2.8L,
EF 24-105mm f/4L IS, EF 50mm f/1.2L, EF 135mm f/2L,
EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS, and the EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS.
This assortment of professional camera bodies and lenses allows us to shoot in almost any conceivable situation. Some of the more challenging scenarios that are best shot with lenses with a large maximum aperture (f/1.2 to f/2.8) and cameras capable of high ISO settings and low digital noise include:
·Low light wedding venues, such as Christ the King, where flash photography is not allowed;
·Low light indoor sporting events that require the use of fast telephoto lenses and advanced intuitive focusing systems;
·Artistic compositions with limited depth of field and exceptional background blur (bokeh);
·Macro photography where small objects fill the frame such as a close-up of wedding rings and rose petals where you can read the ring’s inscription.
We use Sekonic L-758DR DigitalMaster light meters, which have been profiled to each of our cameras, to ensure that we get the exposure right the first time.
We use tripods, ballheads, monopods, and brackets made by Gitzo, Manfrotto, Arca-Swiss, and Really Right Stuff to hold our cameras steady while releasing the shutter to produce beautiful tack sharp images.

Image Processing
After the images are collected they are individually evaluated and processed using Adobe® Photoshop® CS3. We are quite skilled in the use of Photoshop, from simple image retouching to complete digital restoration of old photographs and art. This is evidenced by the fact that we are one of the only photographers in the Tri-Cities that performs digital restorations.
We use one of the best fine art photo labs in the country to produce our products. All image processing is performed on computer systems and monitors that have been color calibrated with the photo lab’s printers. This allows us to offer an extremely wide range of products with exceptional quality and color accuracy.
We routinely proof the color accuracy and print quality achieved by the photo lab. This process ensures that our high quality standards are consistently met and that the final product exceeds client expectations.

·If a technical deficiency is identified that is correctable we will make every effort to do so whether that means performing additional processing of the existing images or performing a new photo session at no additional cost to you with an emphasis on correcting the identified technical deficiency.
·If you are generally dissatisfied with our service or quality and we cannot mutually agree on a corrective action we will refund 100% of any fee you have paid.
