Exclusive Wedding Coverage
We focus our talent on six lucky brides each wedding season (May - September) and they receive our full attention. Here’s how it works in chronological order.
It begins with the consultation where we find out if we are a good fit; if the bride wants to work with us and if we want to shoot this particular wedding.
Next we get together for an engagement photo session where we will not only capture some breathtaking images of the bride and groom, but we will break the ice and establish good rapport so that on the wedding day it’s like we are old friends just taking some snapshots.
You will receive an on-line gallery and DVD of the engagement photo session images.
We take your wedding rings, usually for a day, and shoot them in various life-size and greater-than-life-size set ups. When possible we will incorporate colors and themes from your wedding into these images.
We always attend the rehearsal to ensure that we know exactly how your wedding will happen and that we will be in the best possible locations to capture it. We sometimes provide advice that improves the ceremony or improves our ability to photograph the ceremony.
On the wedding day two photographers (always Kelly and Pat) arrive at your wedding with the most extensive collection of specialized still imaging equipment in southeast Washington. This equipment, combined with our knowledge and experience, allows us to consistently produce the beautiful images you see on our website and in our books and albums.
Shortly after the wedding we set up your private on-line gallery of completely post-processed images that can be viewed by you and your friends and relatives large enough to see the details. The images are divided into 12 to 20 albums, grouped by activity, and include black and white images, and some with special effects applied. To ensure you have the opportunity to obtain high-quality prints with exceptional color accuracy, you will have the optional benefit and convenience of ordering your prints from our professional print lab at a substantial savings compared to the standard print prices. These prices are offered exclusively to our wedding clients. Every image has been scrutinized and adjusted as necessary for white balance, tone, color, exposure, and contrast.
Next you will receive your wedding day digital images (800-1700 wedding day images) on DVD in unprotected print-ready, high resolution JPEG format. You are granted a perpetual personal usage license, which allows you to print and/or display the images anywhere you like.
You may choose to include a hard-bound, 50-page 12x12 photo book with panoramic pages containing approximately 150 images printed on archival photo paper highlighting various moments of your wedding day. We custom design each unique layout specifically for you, with no templates or subcontracted design services to ensure the book reflects the atmosphere of your wedding.

We always provide lifetime digital archiving, which means we keep digital copies of your images for the foreseeable future and will replace your digital images free of charge if yours are lost or damaged.
